Excel by Eight (E8) welcomes Tori Scott to its team as a communities manager. Supporting strategies in Independence County and the city of Little Rock, Scott will continue E8’s mission to improve childhood health and education outcomes. By engaging with communities across the state, Excel by Eight works to provide resources that set children up for success.

Scott, who earned her degree in industrial engineering from the University of Arkansas, started her career in tech consulting. Most recently, she was the chief operating officer and co-founder of Fletcher Sparrow Capital Management.
